Under the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules 2016, any clinical establishment in Gurgaon generating healthcare waste must obtain formal authorization from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB), Regional Offices for Gurugram North & South (located at the Mini Secretariat / Sector 6 complex).
All applications for fresh authorization or renewal must now be submitted online through the Invest Haryana Portal (investharyana.in). Non-bedded facilities and clinics with fewer than 50 beds are empowered to receive authorizations directly from the Regional Officers.
